Penny “Lucille” Noble, age 65, of Vandalia, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Sunday, Feb. 18, 2024.
Penny was born on Nov. 6, 1958, to Jack and Jeannine Cavell in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. Penny was the granddaughter of the late Lucy McKown and the daughter of Jeannine McKown Cavell, who lives in Warsaw.
Penny graduated from South Plantation High School in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. Penny attended college in North Carolina on a full softball and volleyball scholarship. She enjoyed playing pickleball with the Warsaw group on her many visits to Warsaw to see her mother.
Penny is survived by her husband, Rick Noble; two children, Chad Noble and wife Molly and Chelsea Conklin and husband Chris; one grandchild, Lennie Jeannine Conklin; dog, Lilly; brothers, Bruce Cavell and Brooks Cavell and wife Jan.
No services are scheduled.
