• 8:13 a.m. Thursday - Rocky Warren Wicker, 39, of 1612 Tippecanoe Drive, #A, Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of stolen property and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.
• 11 a.m. Thursday - Lance Allen Patrick, 41, of 9902 W. Division Road, #92, Pierceton, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 1 p.m. Thursday - Tony Ray Mauricio, 40, Fort Wayne, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond listed.
• 3:05 p.m. Thursday - Damon Tyrone Goins, 49, Mishawaka, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.
• 3:07 p.m. Thursday - Jose Asencion Hernandez, 45, Grand Rapids, Mich., arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear, felony probation violation and misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $300.
• 3:29 p.m. Thursday - Andrew Steven Secor, 37, of 3762 W. Old 30, #28E, Warsaw, arrested for manufacturing/dealing methamphetamine. Bond: $76,000.
• 6:39 p.m. Thursday - Gregory L. Sawyer, 55, of 1416 Wooster Road, Winona Lake, arrested for domestic battery - simple assault and criminal mischief. Bond: $1,000.
• 7:13 p.m. Thursday - James David Jacobs, 39, of 504 E. Fort Wayne St., #3, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 9:44 p.m. Thursday - Timothy Wayne Pender, 44, Clayton, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $750.
• 1:28 a.m. Friday - Brittany Sasha Wilson, 35, Fort Wayne, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $15,000.
• 1:58 a.m. Friday - Ruben Orozco, 40, Columbus, Ohio, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license, resisting law enforcement and reckless driving. Bond: $15,000.
• 2:48 a.m. Friday - Timothy Allan Dilley, 61, of 5111 E. Armstrong Road, Leesburg, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $700.
• 3:16 a.m. Friday - James Allen Dyal, 48, North Webster, arrested on a warrant. No bond listed.

Accident
• 5:30 a.m. Friday - East CR 500N, 500 feet west of Ind. 13N, Leesburg. Pickup hit pedestrian. Driver: Jeffrey A. Clark, 61, EMS T7B Lane, Leesburg. Injury: Pedestrian Christian M. McQuade, 30, EMS B59 Lane, Warsaw, was unconscious at the scene and transported to the hospital. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 2:55 p.m. Thursday - Fraud was reported in the 900 block of East Garfield Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 12:10 a.m. Friday - A traffic stop was initiated for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated in the 4500 block of East U.S. 30, Warsaw. WPD.
• 12:53 a.m. Friday - A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, resisting a law enforcement and reckless driving in the 900 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.
• 4:55 a.m. Friday - A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and driving a motor vehicle while suspended with prior suspension in the 100 block of CR 150W, Warsaw. WPD.
