• 11:12 a.m. Thursday - Izak Vincent Eugene Newton, 28, of 214 Sophie Lane, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery with a deadly weapon, domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16, domestic battery with serious bodily injury, attempted murder, aggravated battery and invasion of privacy.
