WINONA LAKE - C4One announced Drew Scholl and Beth Rooney have taken leadership roles in the organization.
Scholl holds the position of chief executive officer and is responsible for overseeing all operations, functions and programs in addition to providing the proper strategic direction and implementing a high-quality vision for C4One, according to a provided news release. He has been a part of the Warsaw community for most of his life and has been married to his wife Bobbi for almost 24 years.
Scholl’s professional experience includes 20 years in various leadership roles at Wildman Business Group and spent three years serving with Ethnos360 with his family as missionaries in Papua New Guinea. In 2023, he stepped away from Wildman to start Missional Leader, an organization focused on raising leaders and influencers in the marketplace who are committed to using their leadership and their sphere of influence to further the Great Commission.
When approached about leading C4One as the CEO, he was intrigued and energized by the way his role with C4One seemed to seamlessly connect with the work he was already doing, and is excited to create more opportunities to expand the impact in the community and surrounding counties, according to the release.
To learn more about his story, read his recently released book, “All In: A Revolutionary Call to Missional Leadership.”
In addition to bringing Scholl on as the CEO, C4One also hired a new administrative director, Beth Rooney.
Rooney is responsible for the day-to-day operations and community outreach for C4One. She was born and raised in the community and comes to C4One after departing from an 18-year career in the orthopedic industry. She spent the last three years as an assistant to the C4One Board of Directors in a volunteer capacity before committing to join the organization full-time.
She said, “I have been feeling a nudge from God to engage in something that is more tangibly impactful. It became clear that God had a plan for me to impact His kingdom by serving others and working closely with my community. This felt like a natural step for me to take as I saw the need for someone to step into this role to help the organization grow. I’m looking forward to seeing how God uses me in this organization and how He continues to use this organization in our community.”
“The C4One Board of Directors could not be more thankful for our ability to onboard Beth and Drew to lead and support the outreach and impact of C4One in our community, county and surrounding counties,” said Rod Mayer, co-chair of C4One. “We look forward to supporting them in their respective roles and are excited to have this privilege to co-labor together as a catalyst to community transformation.”
C4One is a nonprofit organization based out of Winona Lake. The organization is a catalyst that unites, inspires, develops, and deploys missional leaders and influencers to live boldly for Christ, creating a revival in and through the marketplace, the release states. This is accomplished through community outreach initiatives: Men Following Christ, Women in the Workplace, Pastors and Business Leaders Initiative and the annual Global Leadership Summit.
