The Kosciusko County Soil & Water Conservation District executive director has resigned, effective March 1.
In an email Monday from Melinda Miller, KCSWCD executive director, she states, “I am reaching out to let you know that I have put my notice in with the district and I want to personally extend my farewell. It's been a pleasure getting meet everyone in the conservation community and be involved on a local level. Although I am sad to leave, I look forward to new opportunities and I hope to keep some of the relationships I’ve made the past couple years!”
She states her last day is March 1. After that point, she encourages people to reach out to other district staff for anything they may need.
“It’s been great working with you!” she concludes.
Miller, a Tippecanoe Valley High School graduate, replaced Darci Zolman as the executive director after Zolman retired at the end of 2022.
