• 2:14 a.m. Friday - Pedro Gomez-Luna, 34, of 2115 E. Hendricks St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. No bond listed.
• 9:55 a.m. Friday - Cynthia Annabel Ramos, 36, of 116 E. Orange St., Cromwell, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 12:14 p.m. Thursday - Intersection of East Center Street and North Ind. 15, Warsaw. Car-pickup collision. Drivers: Edward S. Greene, 60, Elkhart; Casey A. Craig, 46, Columbia City. Damage: Under $1,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 2:44 p..m. Thursday - Intersection of East U.S. 30 and East Old 30, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Richard T. Handley, 47, Buchanan, Mich.; Erick A. Morales Vonilla, 49, Columbia City. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.
• 6:31 p.m. Thursday - 1 Tiger Lane, Warsaw. Car-pickup collision. Drivers: Alexander D. Schrock, 18, East Ind. 14, Silver Lake; Dallas J. Lancaster, 17, East Main Street, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.
