Warsaw Schools Celebrates Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital Sponsorship Support

Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital (LKH) recognition night was held in the Tiger Den on Tuesday at the Warsaw Community High School boys basketball home game.
During the halftime event, Warsaw Community Schools (WCS) Superintendent Dr. David Hoffert gathered with WCS board members and administrators to recognize Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital for their ongoing support of WCS. They were joined by Lynn Mergen, CEO of LKH; Dr. Nick Finley, Dr. Shawn Kidder, Dr. Brian Reichenbach, Dr. Sean Rhodes, Dr. Alexandru Tanase and members of the LKH leadership team, according to a news release from WCS.
The sponsorship support has been instrumental in enhancing health and wellness initiatives for staff and students. LKH's support over the course of a 10-year agreement has supported enhancements in athletic facilities and programs. This ongoing collaboration demonstrates the shared dedication to the success of the Warsaw Tigers and the health of the community, stated the release.
In addition to supporting WCS, LKH’s commitment to the community's overall health and well-being is commendable, the release states. As the area's premier full-service hospital, their recent announcement of a $30 million expansion and renovation, along with the continued recruitment of medical specialists, is a testament to their dedication to providing top-notch medical care locally, according to the release.
