• 2:07 a.m. Wednesday - Ronaldo Sanchez Gomez, 24, of 77 Kings Highway, #3, Winona Lake, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $700.
• 2:30 a.m. Wednesday - Tamara Jean McGuire, 52, of 655 S. Elm St., Nappanee, arrested for manufacturing/dealing methamphetamine and operating a motor vehicle with a controlled substance in the body - first offense. Bond: $20,250.
• 5:50 p.m. Wednesday - Ashley Lynn Walker, 40, of 404 W. Huntington St., #B, North Webster, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 6:55 p.m. Wednesday - Kenneth Wayne Boren, 64, of 63 EMS B5 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for felony failure to appear, operating a vehicle with a controlled substance in the body - first offense and being a lifetime habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5,250.
• 8:35 p.m. Wednesday - Kezia Dawn Lee Hickey, 43, of 106 N. Perry Drive, Milford, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $483.
• 10:15 p.m. Wednesday - Kiante Montel Shorter, 30, South Bend, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.
• 11:58 p.m. Wednesday - Thaddeus Gerald Tharp, 42, of 8220 E. Asbury Lane, North Webster, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. No bond listed.
• 12:15 a.m. Thursday - Jordan Noel Brooks, 25, of 8379 E. CR 350N, Pierceton, arrested for operating a vehicle with a controlled substance in the body - first offense. Bond: $700.
• 1:36 a.m. Thursday - Luis Antonio Rivera Perez, 31, of 170 Park Ridge Drive, Warsaw, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.

• 2:12 p.m. Wednesday - 1639 Armstrong Road, Warsaw. Truck hit low-hanging wire. Driver: Osman M. Bulale, 61, Columbus, Ohio. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
