• 9:05 p.m. Tuesday - John Howard Edwin Heckaman, 50, homeless, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, failure to return to lawful detention and being a lifetime habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5,250.
• 2:07 a.m. Wednesday - Ronaldo Sanchez Gomez, 24, of 77 Kings Highway, #3, Winona Lake, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $700.
• 2:30 a.m. Wednesday - Tamara Jean McGuire, 52, of 655 S. Elm St., Nappanee, arrested for manufacturing/dealing methamphetamine and operating a motor vehicle with a controlled substance in the body - first offense. Bond: $20,250.
• 5:50 p.m. Wednesday - Ashley Lynn Walker, 40, of 404 W. Huntington St., #B, North Webster, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
