• 6:47 p.m. Monday - Yoandry J. Gonzalez Magdaleno, 35, of 2894 E. Longspur Lane, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 10:28 a.m. Monday - Donald Lee Chichester, 49, of 4648 N. Ind. 15, Warsaw, arrested on six charges of misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 1:24 p.m. Monday - Eric Ray Smoroske, 55, of 9895 S. Heron Road, Claypool, arrested for domestic battery - simple assault. Bond: $1,000.
• 2:14 p.m. Monday - Elizabeth Ann Hoffman, 42, of 212 S. Union St., #A, Warsaw, arrested for visiting a common nuisance. Bond: $5,250.
• 2:20 p.m. Monday - Cosme X. Xique Cuanetl, 38, of 920 Anchorage Road, #99, Warsaw, arrested for felony failure to appear. Bond: $500.
• 3:08 p.m. Monday - Alexander Ruiz, 29, Elkhart, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond listed.
• 4:49 p.m. Monday - Nicky Lee Blair, 44, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, #202, Warsaw, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond listed.
• 6:05 p.m. Monday - Timothy L. Carter, 55, Huntertown, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Bond: $700.
