The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 3:42 p.m. Thursday - Prinest Devonte Gordan, 31, Kalamazoo, Mich., arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond listed.
• 8:19 p.m. Thursday - Kim Allen Jacquay Jr., 44, of 3391 W. John Road, Warsaw, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $5,250.
• 9:09 p.m. Thursday - Jose Gomez-Lopez, 25, of 1308 N. Park Ave., Warsaw, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. No bond set.
• 8:28 a.m. Friday - Brandon Phillip Northrup, 30, of 1406 Alpha St., Warsaw, arrested for intimidation. Bond: $7,500.
• 8:34 a.m. Friday - Jonathan Travis Mullins, 46, of 5862 W. Channel Road, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $500.

• 7:15 a.m. Thursday - Intersection of West U.S. 30 and North CR 150W, Warsaw. Unknown vehicle hit pickup, which left the scene. Driver: Richard W. Jones, 47, Plymouth. Injury: Jones complained of back pain Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 11:56 a.m. Thursday - 2514 E. Center St., Warsaw. SUV went over concrete barrier. Driver: Richard E. Schroeder, 81, Lakeside Drive, Winona Lake. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 7:15 a.m. Thursday - A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 1500 block of West U.S. 30, Warsaw. WPD.
• 4:45 p.m. Thursday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 9500 block of South CR 750W, Claypool. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 9:03 a.m. Thursday - A death investigation was opened in the 1500 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
• 8:09 p.m. Thursday - A traffic stop was initiated for a person driving a motor vehicle driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension in the 400 block of Anchorage Road, Warsaw. WPD.
• 6:07 a.m. Friday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 800 block of East Main Street, Warsaw. WPD.
