The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 10:31 a.m. Wednesday - Chad Allen Routson, 31, of 3699 N. CR 175E, #111, Warsaw, arrested for felony failure to appear. Bond: $5,250.
• 11:07 a.m. Wednesday - Taylor Aaron Julian, 33, Argos, arrested for felony failure to appear and possession of cocaine or narcotic drug. Bond: $5,250.
• 9:34 p.m. Wednesday - Ricky Darrell Craft, 62, of 5271 E. Van Ness Road, Pierceton, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 1:38 p.m. Thursday - Damian Allen Henry, 38, of 212 S. Union St., #A, Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.

• 7:33 a.m. Tuesday - West Old 30, Warsaw. SUV hit deer. Driver: Bailee R. Coler, 26, North Walnut Street, Etna Green. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 7:27 a.m. Tuesday - East CR 850S, 0.91 miles east of South Ind. 13, Pierceton. SUV hit deer. Driver: Peter T. Sielaff, 40, East CR 950S, South Whitley. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.
• 8:32 a.m. Tuesday - Intersection of North Ind. 13 and East CR 500N, North Webster. Two-truck collision. Drivers: Caleb A. Seely, 23, Fort Wayne; Alad S. Lewis, 58, Markle. Damage: $10,000-$15,000. KCSO.

Incidents
• 10:22 a.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish in the 1900 block of West U.S. 30, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• Noon Wednesday - A person driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension was reported in the 100 block of North Lincoln Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 4:20 p.m. Wednesday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 200 block of West Main Street, Warsaw. KCSO.
• 8:53 p.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested for possession of paraphernalia in the 700 block of North Park Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
• 7 a.m. Thursday - A property damage accident was reported in the 700 block of West Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.
