She was born May 20, 1969, in Goshen to William and Bethel Lee Howard Barth. She married Stan Hutchison on April 2, 2002, in Gatlinburg; he died Jan. 3, 2019.
Titus Funeral Home of Syracuse is entrusted with care of Kelly Jo. The family will receive visitors Friday, Feb. 9 from 5 to 7 p.m.
