Jackson Promoted To Customer Fulfillment Representative For Chore-Time

MILFORD — David Jackson has been promoted to customer fulfillment representative for Chore-Time, according to Sherri Airgood, customer service manager for the CTB Inc. business unit. In his new position, Jackson will focus on customer interactions for entering and managing orders, and processing all invoicing for contracts, parts orders and contract labor.
A CTB employee since 2007, he previously held the positions of transportation coordinator and material handler. Prior to his employment with CTB, Jackson served for eight years in the United States Marine Corps where his primary duties included aircraft fire rescue and amphibious assault.
Jackson is a recent graduate of Goshen College where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership.
A native of Warsaw, Jackson now resides in Milford.
