• 7:17 p.m. Monday - Kayla Elizabeth Wallen, 31, of 11918 N. Sir Gallahad Place, Cromwell, arrested for possession of paraphernalia and possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle. Bond: $5,250.
• 11 a.m. Tuesday - Katie Ann Livengood, 34, of 207 N. Broadway St., Mentone, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.
• 11:33 a.m. Tuesday - Dustin Taylor Ford, 32, Tippecanoe, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and theft. Bond: $5,850.
• Noon Tuesday - Daiquan Thomas Terrell Holliness, 25, Fort Wayne, arrested for forgery. Bond: $5,250.

• 2:50 p.m. Monday - U.S. 30, 1,000 feet east of East Center Street, Warsaw. Pickup-car collision. Drivers: Duane J. Pitre, 47, Newman, Ga.; Malinda L. Feeny, 39, Anchorage Road, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.
• 1:05 p.m. Tuesday - 2495 Jalynn St., Warsaw. Pickup-car collision. Drivers: Robert L. Hyate Jr, 40, Michigan City; Sean O. Wilson, 42, Fox Farm Road, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 10:37 p.m. Tuesday - Theft of a motor vehicle was reported in the 700 block of East Clark Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 12:32 a.m. Wednesday - Suicide/attempts/threats of suicide was reported in the 400 block of Wooster Road, Winona Lake. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.
• 3:03 a.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish in the 2500 block of Eat Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.
