Creighton Juried Into Exhibition

Local artist Steve Creighton was notified Thursday that his painting, “Pottery with Miniature Roses,” has been juried into the 33rd Annual Oil Painters of America National Exhibition at the Gladys & Karl T. Wiedemann Gallery in Wichita, Kan., April 5 to May 31. Acceptance in this exhibition elevates him to Signature membership within OPA. Creighton also holds Signature membership in the National Oil and Acrylic Painters Society and Hoosier Salon. Creighton’s painting was one of 200 selected for the exhibition from thousands entered. National awards provided during this exhibition total over $100,000. OPA Master Artist Sherrie McGraw is serving as Juror of Awards.
