Sharon L. Lawson, age 82, passed away on Dec. 21, 2024, at Miller's Merry Manor of Warsaw.
She was born on Jan. 22, 1942, in Peru, Ind., to Earl and Lavonne “Judy” Weaver. She grew up in Miami County and was a graduate of Peru High School.
Sharon dedicated over 25 years to the banking industry, starting her career as a teller and retiring from the proof department. She was known for her warm smile and laughter, which brought joy to those around her. Sharon was a person of Christian faith and cherished the time spent with her family. She also had a fondness for watching late-night soap operas.
Sharon is survived by her two sons, Kevin and Keith Lawson, of whom she was very proud. She also leaves behind her granddaughter, Makenna Lawson, whom she adored.
Sharon is preceded in death by her husband, Ross Leonard Lawson; her parents, Earl and Lavonne Weaver; and her brothers, Eldon and Ronald Weaver. She was also preceded in passing by two infant siblings.
Titus Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 2000 Sheridan St., Warsaw, is entrusted with care of Sharon. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Friday, Dec. 27 between 9 and 11 a.m. A Life Celebration® funeral will follow. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery in Peru, Ind.
