• 4:50 p.m. Wednesday - Juan Manuel Hernandez, 26, Lapaz, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish, possession of paraphernalia, refusal to identify self while stopped and on a foreign warrant. Bond: $5,250.
• 6:48 p.m. Wednesday - Charles S. Taylor, 48, of 35 EMS B5 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for unlawful possession of firearm by a dangerous person, altered gun identification and possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.
• 7:42 p.m. Wednesday - Levi Karl Johnson, 22, Plymouth, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.15 or more. Bond: $700.
• 10:38 a.m. Thursday - Kevin Lamont Harp, 47, Clarksville, Tenn., arrested for contempt. No bond set.
• 11:19 a.m. Thursday - Kevin Cleon Clark, 48, Fremont, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.
• 12:03 p.m. Thursday - Jaden William Bullers, 19, of 1415 E. Sheridan St., Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $454.
• 12:15 p.m. Thursday - Jalynn Elise Richardson, 22, of 706 Ross Ave., Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 12:39 p.m. Thursday - Casper Darwin Meade, 60, Indianapolis, arrested for a community correction violation. No bond set.
• 1:14 p.m. Thursday - Lauren Nicole Duff, 38, of 1103 W. Winona Ave., #A, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and on a bench warrant. Bond: $1,350.
• 5:52 p.m. Thursday - Katlin Marie Alexander, 25, of 201 S. Detroit St., #12, Warsaw, arrested for neglect of a dependent with bodily injury. Bond: $22,500.
• 6:03 p.m. Thursday - Brandon R. Juarez Resendiz, 25, of 201 S. Detroit St., #12, arrested for neglect of a dependent with bodily injury. Bond: $22,500.
• 7:30 p.m. Thursday - Kandyse Beryl Warbrick, 26, of 1133 Brubaker St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600.
• 9:35 a.m. Friday - Brent Alan Blackburn, 33, of 519 W. Winona Ave., #A, Warsaw, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.
• 11:55 a.m. Friday - Jaylen Demond Washington, 27, homeless, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $500.

• 8:02 a.m. Thursday - Intersection of U.S. 30 and Orthopedic Drive, Warsaw. Van-truck collision. Drivers: Zachary M. Berning, 34, New Haven; Suzanne Bibler, 49, West Broadway Street, Burket. Injury: Bibler complained of knee/lower leg/foot pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 10:26 a.m. Thursday - Intersection of West CR 200S and Ind. 15, Warsaw. Truck-pickup collision. Drivers: Mark O. Wagley, 42, Fort Wayne; Alex S. Calhoun, 42, South CR 780W, Mentone. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 5:16 p.m. Thursday - A warrant was served in the 1700 block of West Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 5:44 p.m. Thursday - A warrant was served in the 200 block of South Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 8:07 p.m. Thursday - A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior in the 100 block of South Front Street, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.
• 9:21 a.m. Friday - A traffic offense was reported for a person driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension in the 2100 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.
