SYRACUSE – Frankie A. Blackburn, 79, Milford, died Dec. 13, 2024, at Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital.
She married Thurston Blackburn on Feb. 4, 1961; he died.
The community is invited to honor Frankie's memory during the visitation Dec. 19 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Titus Funeral Home, Syracuse. A funeral service will take place in the funeral home Dec. 20 at 11 a.m., followed by a graveside service at Syracuse Cemetery, where she will be laid to rest next to her husband.
Memorials may be given to the New Hope Pet Rescue and Animal Welfare League of Kosciusko County.
