NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Alan Peachey requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit duplex rental his property which is located at 1503 Grace Ave., more particularly described as follows:

The hearing will be held at Town Hall Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 13th day of January 2025 at 7:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
