NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Superior Court 3 of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-2407-MF-000056, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation was Plaintiff, and The Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Kyle C. Thomas, Deceased and Midland Funding LLC were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 28th day of January, 2025, at the hour of 10:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 5, Township 30 North, Range 6 East, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a point on the North line of Main Street of said Town, (if extended), due North of the Northwest corner of Lot No. 1 in W.H. Wells Addition to the Town of Silver Lake; thence East on the North line of said street, 66 feet; thence North 132 feet; thence West 66 feet; thence South 132 feet to the place of beginning. LESS AND EXCEPTING: Commencing at an iron pin on the North right-of-way of Main Street in the Town of Silver Lake, Indiana, at a point due North of the Northwest corner of Lot Number 1 in W.H. Wells Addition to said Town; thence North, a distance of 88.0 feet to an iron pin at the true point of beginning; thence continuing North, a distance of 44.0 feet to an iron pin; thence East by an interior angle of 90° 00', parallel to the North right-of-way of said Main street, a distance of 66.0 feet to an iron pin; thence South, by an interior angle of 90° 00', a distance of 44.0 feet to an iron pin; thence West by an interior angle of 90° 00', parallel to said North right-of-way line, a distance of 66.0 feet, to the true point of beginning.

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
