NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-2407-MF-000055, wherein American Financial Network, Inc. was Plaintiff, and Steven M Smith, Bank of America, N.A. and The Unknown heirs devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Mayme W. Long, and their unknown creditors; and, the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the estate of Mayme W. Long were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public online sale to the highest bidder on the 28th day of January, 2025, at the hour of 10 a.m., with a closing time of 11 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Lots Numbered 25, 26 and 27 in Bonnie Brae Manor, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 142 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
More commonly known as: 11466 North Executive Boulevard, Syracuse, IN 46567

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
