She was born Nov. 20, 1946, in Wabash, to Paul Raymond and Doris Arlene Brandenburg Ebbinghouse. In 1975, Joyce married Arnold Paul Drake.
Family and friends may call Thursday, Dec. 19 from 1 to 2 p.m. at McKee Mortuary, North Manchester. Funeral services will begin at the conclusion of calling with Pastor Ken Sistrunk officiating. Burial will be held at Oaklawn Cemetery, North Manchester.
The family of Joyce Drake has entrusted McKee Mortuary with care and final arrangements.
