Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon-cutting for Salon 574, 3127 E. Center St., Warsaw, Friday.
Owner Correy Goetz said Salon 574 opened Oct. 15.
Salon 574 does all things hair from highlights, coloring and women’s and men’s cuts.
Goetz has been in the business for 17 years and really enjoys doing hair. When deciding on a location for the salon, he wanted to set the salon apart from everyone who wanted to be downtown and bring accessibility to an area of town that doesn’t have a lot of salons.
He wants customers to feel welcome in the salon and feel a laid-back environment.
Currently, there are five hair stylists and one employee at the front desk. He hopes to expand in the future, but is focusing on hair at the moment.
Hours of operation are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday.
