Warsaw Woman Injured In New Paris Crash

NEW PARIS - A Warsaw woman was injured Tuesday in a one-vehicle crash in New Paris.
According to an Elkhart County Sheriff’s Office crash news release, Jessica Erin Clifford, 35, Warsaw, was driving south in a 2015 Ford Escape on CR 25 from CR 50 in New Paris at about 12:30 p.m. Tuesday.
The Escape crossed the center line, ran off the road, hit a tree and flipped onto its roof, the release states. EMS were able to remove Clifford from the car.
She was taken by ambulance to Parkview North Hospital with chest pain and a cut to the left knee.
The release indicates Clifford was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
The Escape sustained damage all over.
