• 11:01 p.m. Friday - Juan A. Soto Jr., 39, of 207 14th St., Winona Lake, arrested for leaving the scene of an injury crash, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated - endangerment and resisting law enforcement. Bond: $700.
• 1 a.m. Saturday - Barry Dewayne Bruner Jr., 36, of 11090 N. Wawasee Circle West, Cromwell, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $600.
• 9:23 p.m. Saturday - Scott William Shoemaker, 56, of 331 Salman Drive, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 11:31 p.m. Saturday - Kayla Z. Wertman, 34, of 72833 CR 29, lot 6, Syracuse, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 8:14 p.m. Sunday - Tyrell E. Gardner, 20, Beaver Falls, Pa., arrested for misdemeanor battery and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 9 p.m. Sunday - Teyron Keith Bluester, 30, of 3190 Old Colony Road, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and two charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 9:38 p.m. Sunday - Wendy Lea Cox, 52, of 59 EMS B24 Lane, Pierceton, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 11:29 p.m. Sunday - Ezequiel Pina Duron, 50, North Webster, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 10:30 a.m. Monday - Derek Jon Fisher Jr., 26, La Porte, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear and on a civil matter. Bond: $2,000.

• 8:49 p.m. Thursday - East Old 30, 900 feet west of Brallier Road, Pierceton. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Manuel A. Tlahuetl, 24, East Market Street, Warsaw; Heather M. Rice, 54, Columbia City. Injuries: Tlahuetl and Rice were pronounced dead; passenger in Rice’s vehicle, Merle R. Miller, 54, Ligonier, had crush injuries to the entire body Damage: $25,000-$50,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
