The Kosciusko County Shrine Club’s annual Turkey Shoot raised over $10,000 for the Shrine Hospitals for Children during their annual Turkey Shoot.
For over 22 years, local sportsman and business have contributed to the annual fundraiser, raising over $200,000 for crippled children, many of whom are patients from Kosciusko County and the surrounding areas.
The hospitals provide world-class pediatric orthopedics including scoliosis, limb discrepancies, clubfoot, hip dysplasia, idiopathic arthritis, cerebral palsy, spina bifida, burns and other neurological conditions including spinal cord injuries. The hospitals are a network of 22 nonprofit medical facilities which treat patients regardless their ability to pay.
