NORTH MANCHESTER – Clifton "Cliff" Ray Howard Sr., North Manchester, died Nov. 28, 2024.
He was born on September 27, 1947, in Owensboro, Kentucky, to Joseph Leo and Bonnie Mae Fray Howard.
A graveside service will be held to celebrate the life of Clifton Howard on Wednesday, Dec. 4 at noon (CT) at Lincoln Memorial Cemetery, 675 U.S.-30, Aurora, Ill., with Rev. Junior Dixon officiating.
The family of Clifton Howard has entrusted McKee Mortuary with care and final arrangements.
