Hotworx Coming To Warsaw This Fall

Hotworx - a 24-hour Infrared Fitness Studio - is coming to Warsaw this fall.
Hotworx Studio will be at 110 N. McKinley St., Warsaw, and is locally owned and operated by Nicole D. Poort.
Hotworx is a virtually instructed exercise program created for users to experience the many benefits of infrared heat absorption while completing a 30-minute Isometric workout or 15-minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session in patented saunas, according to a news release provided by Poort.
Benefits include detoxification, muscle recovery, pain relief, stress reduction, weight loss, increased calorie burn, lower blood pressure, cellulite reduction, anti-aging and skin rejuvenation, and improved circulation.
The isometric workouts available include Hot ISO, Hot Yoga, Hot Pilates, Hot Warrior, Hot Core, Hot Buns, Hot Bands, Hot Bare None and Hot Stretch.
High Intensity Interval Training workouts include Hot Cycle, Hot Thunder and Hot Blast.
