• 10:53 p.m. Saturday - Mark A. Lavin, 63, of 13357 N. Memorial Parkway, Cromwell, arrested for operating a motorboat while intoxicated. Bond; $700.
• 12:15 a.m. Sunday - Jose Guadalupe Loyola-Patino, 43, of 604 N. Park Ave., #B, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated - endangerment. Bond: $5,250.
• 9:04 p.m. Sunday - Angela Lynn Waddell, 49, Millersburg, arrested on a warrant. Bond: $500.
• 9:13 p.m. Sunday - Fernando Cervantes, 55, of 214 Funk St., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $6,000.

• 1:56 a.m. Monday - Tracy Howard, 53, of 9102 E. CR 250S, Pierceton, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

Pearson, 38, West Northcrest Lane, Claypool, complained of a fracture/dislocation of the shoulder/upper arm. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

Cavender, 31, Stratford Drive, Winona Lake. Injuries: Martinez was unconscious and had a neck injury; Cavender complained of chest pain; passenger in Cavender’s vehicle, Hattie L.
