• 10:53 p.m. Saturday - Mark A. Lavin, 63, of 13357 N. Memorial Parkway, Cromwell, arrested for operating a motorboat while intoxicated. Bond; $700.
• 12:15 a.m. Sunday - Jose Guadalupe Loyola-Patino, 43, of 604 N. Park Ave., #B, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated - endangerment. Bond: $5,250.
• 9:04 p.m. Sunday - Angela Lynn Waddell, 49, Millersburg, arrested on a warrant. Bond: $500.
• 9:13 p.m. Sunday - Fernando Cervantes, 55, of 214 Funk St., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $6,000.
• 11:24 p.m. Sunday - Donald Lee Burton, 58, Tippecanoe, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 1:56 a.m. Monday - Tracy Howard, 53, of 9102 E. CR 250S, Pierceton, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 10:10 a.m. Monday - Zachary Alan Kinch, 34, of 3699 N. CR 175E, #69, Warsaw, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.

Injuries: McKinney complained of chest pain; McQuinn complained of shoulder/upper arm pain; passenger in McQuinn’s vehicle, Peggy S. McQuinn, 66, Macy, complained of neck pain Damage: $25,000-$50,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 11:14 a.m. Friday - 600 West CR 300N, Warsaw. SUV hit pedestrian. Driver: Georgiana R. Harris, 37, West Old 30, Warsaw. Injury: Pedestrian Drew M. Pearson, 38, West Northcrest Lane, Claypool, complained of a fracture/dislocation of the shoulder/upper arm. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 3:31 p.m. Saturday - Intersection of East Market Street and North Park Avenue, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Carole Brandenburg, 81, Whitetail Run, Warsaw; Brenda L. Baldridge, 66, East Market Street, Warsaw. Injury: Baldridge complained of knee/lower leg/foot pain. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
• 10:06 a.m. Sunday - Intersection of East Center and North Bronson streets, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Jaslene Juarez, 17, South Cleveland Street, Warsaw; Susan E. Creamer, 76, East Arthur Street, Warsaw. Injury: Juarez complained of elbow/lower arm pain. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
• 1:42 p.m. Sunday - North Fox Farm, 100 feet west of North CR 200W, Warsaw. Motorcycle hit gravel debris, lost control and laid down on its side. Driver: Timothy R. Westerhof, 46, Indianapolis. Injury: Westerhof complained of shoulder/upper arm pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSO.
• 3:43 p.m. Sunday - Ind. 15, 120 feet south of West CR 350N, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Elividio L. Martinez, 20, East Levi Lee Road, Warsaw; Alona D. Cavender, 31, Stratford Drive, Winona Lake. Injuries: Martinez was unconscious and had a neck injury; Cavender complained of chest pain; passenger in Cavender’s vehicle, Hattie L. Cavender, 8, Stratford Drive, Winona Lake, had an abrasion to the hip/upper leg. Damage: $50,000-$100,000. WPD.

• 1:35 a.m. Monday - A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated in the 100 block of North Rail Street, Pierceton. Pierceton Police Department investigated.
