• 10:33 p.m. Friday - Gerhid L. Homes, 53, of 411 W. Himes St., North Webster, arrested for operating a motorboat while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 11:44 p.m. Friday - David Scott Castro, 43, of 9635 S. CR 675W, Silver Lake, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior. Bond: $5,250.
• 1:43 a.m. Saturday - Braden Douglas Baur, 23, Osceola, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 3:18 a.m. Saturday - Stephanie Louise Dickey, 53, of 242 N. Bobber Lane, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $500.
• 9:10 a.m. Saturday - Johnnie Franklin Howard, 39, of 9516 N. CR 100E, Milford, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear, felony failure to appear, theft and on a foreign warrant. Bond: $600.
• 9:59 a.m. Saturday - Daryl Martin Peters, 55, Freetown, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $1,500.
• 8:52 p.m. Saturday - Henry G. Guzman, 24, of 3762 W. Old 30, #606, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.
• 5:16 p.m. Saturday - Christopher Dean Burchett, 50, of 1820 Michaels St., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery - offender older than 18 in the presence a child less than 16 and strangulation. Bond: $5,250.
• 8:52 p.m. Saturday - Ian James Evans, 23, Goshen, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior, operating a vehicle with a controlled substance in the body - first offense and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $5,250.
• 10:25 p.m. Saturday - Jared Michael Hostetler, 31, of 512 E. Washington St., Leesburg, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 11:26 p.m. Saturday - Adrian Saloma, 21, of 1692 E. CR 200N, #188, Warsaw, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension and operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.
• 12:07 a.m. Sunday - Robert C. Butler, 54, of 1828 Hepler Drive, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 2:29 a.m. Sunday - Zackary Lee Aleman, 31, of 917 Briar Ridge Circle, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Bond: $700.
