Jean A. Fugate, 75, Pierceton, died Aug. 22, 2024, at Stillwater Hospice in Fort Wayne.
She was born March 28, 1949, in Warsaw, to Keith and Stella English Phillips. On July 17, 1971, she married Keenis Fugate, who survives.
Titus Funeral Home is entrusted with Jean's care. The family is grieving privately, and no services are planned.
