Five Receive 2024 Educational Scholarships From Indiana Donor Network Foundation

INDIANAPOLIS - Five students have been awarded educational scholarships totaling $26,500 by Indianapolis-based Indiana Donor Network Foundation.
This year's recipients include:
• Martha Hunter, Carmel, $8,000.
• Edith Estridge, Chesterton, $6,500.
• Halle Mitchell, of Jacksonville, Fla., $5,000.
• Katherine Gaff, Syracuse, $5,000.
Currently, Gaff is pursuing a master’s degree in fine arts at University of Oklahoma.
• Eric Casad, of Terre Haute, $2,000.
The scholarship fund was started in 2005 to provide educational scholarships for family members of Indiana organ and tissue donors, transplant recipients and those waiting for a transplant.
In the past five years, Indiana Donor Network Foundation has awarded $114,000 in educational scholarships, which are made possible each year thanks to the generosity of contributions made by Indiana Donor Network employees and the general public.
