• 10:05 a.m. Thursday - Marcus Lee Wagner III, 21, Elkhart, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 10:05 a.m. Thursday - Robert James Osborn, 54, of 670 N. Colfax St., Warsaw, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $10,250.
• 1:15 p.m. Thursday - Blake Lewis Moore, 34, of 6462 W. CR 200S, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery - simple assault. Bond: $1,000.
• 1:35 p.m. Thursday - Israel Granados-Berrum, 40, Fort Wayne, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 1:35 p.m. Thursday - Franklin Russell Bartlett III, 59, Fort Wayne, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 6:09 p.m. Thursday - Brian Tekoa Lockhart, 46, Fort Wayne, arrested for resisting a law enforcement officer using a vehicle, operating a vehicle with a controlled substance in the body - first offense, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated - endangerment, reckless driving, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish with a prior and possession of a controlled substance. Bond: $5,250.
• 6:30 p.m. Thursday - Deaveon Marrkeil Cook, 25, Denver, Colo., arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $600.
• 7:57 p.m. Thursday - Traci Marchelle McClintock, 49, of 7912 E. CR 150S, Pierceton, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $1,500.
• 11 a.m. Friday - Jessica Erin Clifford, 36, of 418 Briar Ridge Circle, Warsaw, arrested for criminal mischief. Bond: $500.

• 10:01 p.m. Friday - Intersection of West CR 250S and South Ind. 25, Warsaw. SUV hit utility pole and went into pond. Driver: Shaylee L. Pemberton, 16, West CR 100S, Warsaw. Injury: Pemberton had a head injury. Damage: $2,500-$5,00. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 1:45 a.m. Friday - Intersection of North CR 650W and West Old 30, Atwood. SUV went into ditch and overturned. Driver: Donna Moyotl-Cuatlacuatl, 36, Plymouth. Injury: Moyotl-Cuatlacuatl complained of abdomen/pelvis pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.

• 5:59 a.m. Thursday - A bicycle was reported found in the 200 block of South Lake Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 7:59 a.m. Thursday - A traffic offense was reported for a person driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension in the 500 block of Logan Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 10:36 a.m. Thursday - Money was reported stolen in the 3300 block of Oak Pointe Crossing, Warsaw. WPD.
• 11:37 a.m. Thursday - A person was arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish in the 1800 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.
