Injury: Jenkins complained of shoulder/upper arm pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 1:46 p.m. Wednesday - A traffic offense for a person operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license was reported in the 2800 block of Frontage Road, Warsaw. WPD.
• 4:44 p.m. Wednesday - A debit card was reported found in the 2100 block of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 8:23 p.m. Wednesday - A license plate was reported stolen in the 500 block of East Market Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 9:23 p.m. Wednesday - A wallet was reported stolen in the 1300 block of Mariners Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
