• 5:44 p.m. Wednesday - Bobby Lewis Peck, 60, Elkhart, arrested for forgery, driving a motor vehicle while suspended, operating a vehicle without financial responsibility and obstruction of justice. Bond: $5,250.

• 3:50 p.m. Aug. 15 - Intersection of U.S. 30 and CR 250E, Warsaw. Pickup-car collision. Drivers: Timothy G. Hicks, 60, West 6th Street, Milford; Emerson K. Jenkins, 21, Harmony Court, Winona Lake. Injury: Jenkins complained of shoulder/upper arm pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 12:50 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of U.S. 30 and Old 30, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Sarah E. Powell, 30, East Clark Street, Warsaw; Jeffrey E. Arellano, 19, Goshen; Brian F. Tschanen, 58, Upper Sandusky, Ohio. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
• 7:57 p.m. Wednesday - 1011 E. Arthur St., Warsaw. Car hit parked vehicle registered to Richard. E. Zinz, East CR 300N, Warsaw. Driver: Carlie S. Gibson, 27, Taylor Street, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

• 1:46 p.m. Wednesday - A traffic offense for a person operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license was reported in the 2800 block of Frontage Road, Warsaw. WPD.
• 4:44 p.m. Wednesday - A debit card was reported found in the 2100 block of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 8:23 p.m. Wednesday - A license plate was reported stolen in the 500 block of East Market Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 9:23 p.m. Wednesday - A wallet was reported stolen in the 1300 block of Mariners Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
