• 10:21 p.m. Monday - Anthony Dale Rice, 41, of 1931 La Vista Drive, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 9:45 a.m. Tuesday - Grant M. Slater, 35, of 316 EMS C28 Lane, Warsaw, arrested for criminal trespass. Bond: $500.

• 3:33 p.m. Friday - Intersection of South Ind. 25 and South Ferguson Road, Warsaw. Motorcycle-car collision. Drivers: Gavyn C. Alexander, 20, Briar Ridge Circle, Warsaw; Hailey B. Grossman, 19, East Ind. 14, Akron. Injuries: Alexander had severe bleeding to the entire body; Grossman had an abrasion to the hip/upper leg. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. Clevenger, 51, East Kiser Lake Road, North Webster. Injury: Passenger in Kovar’s vehicle, Bernice A. Kovar, 69, EMS B7 Lane, Leesburg, had a contusion to the knee/lower leg/foot. • 10:40 a.m. Monday - North Ind. 15, 140 feet south of Plaza Drive, Warsaw. Car-truck collision. Drivers: Gail E. Wonderly, 70, North Detroit Street, Warsaw; Vaughn L. Herald, 59, Elkhart. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
