• 7:45 p.m. Monday - Tasha N. Clark, 36, of 857 Oak Brook Place, Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $500.
• 10:21 p.m. Monday - Anthony Dale Rice, 41, of 1931 La Vista Drive, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
