Noon Optimists Donate To Library

The Warsaw Noon Optimist Club recently donated $1,500 to the Warsaw Community Public Library as sponsorship for their upcoming StoryWalk project. Once established, children will be able to read a storybook along the walking trail in a park on kiosk stands. The Optimist Club is proud to be a part of this wonderful project, according to informatio provided by the club. They donated an additional $200 to the children's department for the purchase of books for teens. The Noon Optimist Club meets on Mondays from noon to 1 p.m. at Papa Vino's restaurant and welcomes new members. For information about upcoming meetings, contact Kathy Hamman at 574-551-9492.
