Falling Rabbit Cocktail Lounge, an upscale cocktail lounge designed to blend sophistication with the vibrant spirit of Warsaw, announced its grand opening this fall.
Nestled in downtown Warsaw, this newly established venue aims to introduce a unique mixology experience to the local nightlife scene. It will open to the public in September, according to a provided news release.
“Warsaw has a unique emerging food and cultural scene, but it has been missing a dedicated cocktail lounge that caters to discerning locals and visitors seeking a memorable evening out,” said Molly Hollar, owner and operator of Falling Rabbit. “I’m excited to fill that gap with high-quality, handcrafted cocktails, premium service and a warm atmosphere that encourages everyone to relax and enjoy their time downtown.”
Located at 105 E. Center St., Falling Rabbit offers a contemporary twist on classic cocktails, along with a bespoke menu of artisanal drinks crafted by one of the most innovative mixologists in the state, the information provided states. The lounge is proud of its inviting ambiance, making it the perfect backdrop for casual after-work drinks and more elaborate weekend gatherings and nights out.
“I've been deeply connected to the cocktail scene in Warsaw and Winona Lake from its early days,” said Aaron Winey, owner of Blue Note Design in Winona Lake. “From supporting the pioneering bartenders at Cerulean in the early 2010s to the craft cocktail beginnings of Oak & Alley, I've seen how the art of cocktails can unite a community. Molly's work epitomizes this vision, blending quality ingredients, craft knowledge and community care to create something special. Her contributions go beyond great cocktails; they enrich the soul of our community, making Winona Lake and Warsaw wonderful places to live.”
The interior of Falling Rabbit is inspired by the Art Deco era, featuring soft lighting, and elegant decor elements that enhance the overall guest experience. Visitors can expect a meticulously curated selection of spirits, unique cocktails created by their award-winning mixologists and non-alcoholic beverages designed to delight every palate.
