Bookings
The following people were arrested and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 6:01 p.m. Tuesday - Carter Gage McGillem, 20, of 502 S. Detroit St., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery - simple assault. Bond: $1,000.
• 6:26 p.m. Tuesday - Phillip Jeremy Kessie, 49, of 5935 S. Woodland Lane, Warsaw, arrested for felony failure to appear, theft and criminal mischief. Bond: $5,750.
• 7:20 p.m. Tuesday - Grant M. Slater, 35, of 316 EMS C28 Lane, Warsaw, arrested for criminal trespass and resisting law enforcement. Bond: $750.
• 9:20 p.m. Tuesday - Damien Wayde Petersen, 34, of 506 S. Detroit St., Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $500.
• 10:19 a.m. Wednesday - Austin Joe Newsome, 25, of 112 S. Morgan St., Mentone, arrested on a warrant. No bond set.

Incidents
• 2:01 a.m. Tuesday - A traffic stop was initiated for a person operating a motor vehicle intoxicated with a prior and a warrant in the 1200 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated
• 8:47 a.m. Tuesday - A traffic offense was reported for a person driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension in the 3600 block of Commerce Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
• 5:07 p.m. Tuesday - Domestic battery - simple assault was reported in the 3600 block of Commerce Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
• 5:08 p.m. Tuesday - A warrant was served in the 4800 block of East Lake Shore Drive South, Warsaw. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 8:59 p.m. Tuesday - A warrant was served in the 400 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. KCSO.
