The following people were arrested and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 11:30 a.m. Monday - Ethan William Michael Robinette, 24, Peru, Ind., arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.
• 1 p.m. Monday - Michael Edward Defrates, 61, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, #115, Warsaw, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 2:23 p.m. Monday - Genesis Teran, 22, of 314 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery with a deadly weapon. Bond: $10,250.
• 12:30 p.m. Monday - John Affourtit Sr., 68, Shelbyville, Ky., arrested for theft. Bond: $11,000.
• 5:20 p.m. Monday - Braxton Allen Brandenburg, 20, of 2512 W. CR 1200S, Silver Lake, arrested for criminal mischief. No bond set.
• 7:02 p.m. Monday - Dyrell Aaron Kreis, 44, of 3219 W. CR 700S, Claypool, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $5,250.
• 3:06 a.m. Tuesday - Tara Nicole Link, 30, North Judson, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior and on a foreign warrant. Bond: $5,250.
• 9:02 a.m. Tuesday - Theodore William Burchett, 24, of 1921 Miami Drive, Warsaw, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.

3:05 p.m. Tuesday - South County Farm Road, 1,600 feet north of East CR 900S, Claypool. SUV hit two mailboxes and a fence. Driver: Oshua D. Owens, 16, East CR 1000S, Claypool. Injury: Owens had a nonvisible head injury. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 11:55 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of South Ind. 19 and West CR 100S, Mentone. Truck-SUV collision. Drivers: Joseph W. Clemons, 76, Argos; Ann M. Baker, 54, Plymouth. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.
