He was born April 2, 1976, to Diann Robison Applegate and Mark Leroy Westafer, in Warsaw.
A celebration gathering to honor the life of Mark Miller will be Aug. 24 from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Scout Hall, North Manchester. Burial will be private at Akron IOOF Cemetery.
The family of Mark Miller has entrusted McKee Mortuary with care and final arrangements.
