He was born on June 3, 1968, in Millington, Tenn., to Linda Kay Smythe Horn Wolfe and Freddie Horn.
Andrew’s life will be celebrated privately by his family. He will be laid to rest at a later date at Mentone Cemetery in Mentone. Arrangements were entrusted to Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, Warsaw.
