• 3:29 p.m. Friday - John Jay Kuipers, 66, of 14284 CR 48, Syracuse, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 5:46 p.m. Friday - Sheila Marie Woodling, 53, of 1917 Fox Farm Road, Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication by alcohol. Bond: $400.
