K21 Health Foundation Invests In Youth Athletics With City County Athletic Complex

K21 Health Foundation announced a $32,000 grant to the City County Athletic Complex (CCAC) for the installation of new soccer goals.
This investment will elevate the soccer experience for youth players and promote physical activity and overall wellness in Kosciusko County, according to a news release from K21.
In addition to physical fitness, team sports help children build valuable life skills such as discipline, teamwork and resilience. K21 continues to prioritize initiatives that create accessible recreational opportunities and promote overall well-being for area youth, the release states.
"At K21, we believe youth athletics provide amazing opportunities for kids to be physically active while developing important social skills, boosting self-confidence, and promoting mental and emotional health," said Rich Haddad, CEO of K21 Health Foundation. "We're pleased to support the City County Athletic Complex and their efforts to create engaging spaces for our community's children to play soccer and lead active lifestyles."
"We cannot thank K21 enough for these soccer goals and for allowing us to provide better playing facilities for our growing soccer programs here in Kosciusko County,” said Mike Hagy, CCAC executive director. “We look forward to continuing our partnership with the K21 Health Foundation for years to come."
