Mykel Antoinette Hatcher-Manges

April 30, 2024 at 6:53 p.m.

On 4/19/24, our Heavenly father plucked a flower from the earth. A beautiful, intelligent and immensely passionate soul in full bloom.
Mykel Antoinette Hatcher-Manges was born June 24, 2005, in Elkhart, to her parents Danielle Rochelle Hatcher and James Manges Sr. She was taken in and raised by her adoptive parents Nikki and Brian Manges in Radcliffe, Ky., and later taken in and loved deeply by her stepfather Darrell Hatcher. She was filled with love for her family and friends, as well as her fiance Justin A. Denning.
She leaves behind six siblings: Ruth, James, Hannah and Evan Manges, along with Desirae Leak and Nevaeh Hatcher.
She will forever be missed, a strong-willed and brave woman of God, who lived life to the fullest every moment she could, in life she battled trauma, addiction and mental health and she wore her pain like pearls, passing away sober and saved, she held a great deal of love for her soon-to-have-been stepson Alec Denning as she deeply desired to be a mother.
Now she joins her father and her babies once again with Jesus Christ in heaven. May she rest in peace and never be forgotten.
Matthew 5:4: - “Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted.”
Revelations 21:4 - "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away."
Ecclesiastes 7:1 - "A good name is better than precious ointment, and the day of death than the day of birth."
The celebration of life will be Sunday, May 5 at Home Church, located at 744 S. CR 325E, Warsaw. Viewing will be from 4 to 5 p.m. and service will be 5 to 6 p.m.
