Alice Irene Anglin

Alice Irene Anglin, a resident of Paddock Springs Health Care of Warsaw, passed away peacefully on April 22, 2024, at the age of 97. She had been a resident of Warsaw, Etna Green, Fort Wayne, LaPorte, Valparaiso and San Diego.
Alice was born on March 15, 1927, at Etna Green, the daughter of Victor V. Anglin and Thelma D. Scott. She graduated from Etna Green High School in 1945. She worked as Kosciusko County recorder until her retirement. She was a member of Etna Green Methodist Church, O.N.O. and Delta Theta Tau Sorority.
Alice will be missed by her nieces and nephew: Claudia Davis, of Dimondale, Mich.; Randall (Kay) Anglin, of Farmington, Mo.; Karen (Randy) Manuel, of Warsaw; and LouAnn (Jon) Parker, of Silver Lake. She will also be missed by many great-nieces and great-nephews; many cousins, including special cousins, Robert (Christine) Waggoner, of Charleston, S.C.; and Sheryl Waggoner, of San Diego, Calif.
Alice was preceded in death by her parents; her brother and sister-in-law, Allan (Rosalie) Anglin; and special cousin, Barbara (Snider) Waggoner.
The funeral will be held at Etna Green Methodist Church, 131 W. Broadway St., Etna Green, on June 8 at 11 a.m. Visitation will take place at the church for one hour prior to the funeral. Burial will immediately follow the funeral at the Etna Green Cemetery, Etna Green.
The family asks that memorial contributions be made to the Etna Green Methodist Church, 131 W. Broadway St., Etna Green.
