WCHS To Perform ‘June B. Jones The Musical’

Warsaw Community High School announced a public performance of "Junie B. Jones The Musical," set for Tuesday at 7 p.m. at the Warsaw Performing Arts Center.
Tickets are $5 and can be purchased online at www.warsawschools.org/pac, by calling the box office during school hours at 574-371-5040 or at the door.
The performance is rated G, perfect for families and kids, and runs approximately one hour, according to a news release from Warsaw Community Schools.
"Junie B. Jones The Musical" is a comical adaptation that follows the spirited kindergarten adventures of Junie B. Jones as she navigates the complexities of school life with her classmates. With lively songs and memorable characters, it's a show that captures the trials and triumphs of being a child, the release states.
"We are excited to bring this beloved character and her classroom adventures to life," said Melany Morris, WCHS theatre director. "Our students have worked incredibly hard, and their passion and energy shine through in this production. We invite everyone in the community to come and enjoy this wonderful show that promises to be not just entertaining but also incredibly touching."
“Junie B. Jones The Musical” is being helmed by student director Chase Carl and student choreographer DeeDee Polk.
The production is being staged by the Children’s Theatre Class, part of the theater department at WCHS.
