Apology To Bumbaugh

April 16, 2024 at 4:00 p.m.

Editor, Times-Union:
Officer Bumbaugh,
I’m writing this to apologize for my behavior on the day of my arrest. I’m sorry for all my actions. There is no excuse for what I did and if I could go back and do it all over again, I would and I would do what was right.
I’m sorry about your handcuffs. I wasn’t thinking clearly but now that I am very sorry. I definitely learned from this.
Sincerely,
Raleen Hyde
Warsaw
