• 3:15 a.m. Sunday - Shelbie Jo Ann Nine, 24, of 1641 N. CR 175E, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior. Bond: $5,250.
• 9:24 p.m. Sunday - Dylan Ray Varney, 24, of 517 Sophie Lane, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600.
