• 6:20 p.m. Friday - Richard Otho Piper Jr., 67, of 106 6th St., #1, Winona Lake, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish, refusal to submit to a chemical test and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 8:03 p.m. Friday - Dallas Blake Spall, 42, of 10 EMS T42 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for violation of driving conditions, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hash with a prior, possession of paraphernalia and being a lifetime habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5,250.
• 8:24 p.m. Friday - Hudson Edward Rodriguez, 19, of 1704 S. Blue Spruce Road, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 2:17 a.m. Saturday - Joshua Robert Brumfield, 25, Whitestown, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 3:15 a.m. Saturday - Caitlyn Elizabeth Smarr, 28, of 140 EMS B33 Lane, Warsaw, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 12:05 p.m. Saturday - Richard Arriola, 58, of 12029 N. Raggedy Ann Road, Cromwell, arrested for intimidation. Bond: $1,250.
• 2:20 p.m. Saturday - Jazmin Lachelle Guzman, 18, of 5903 W. Osprey Drive, Mentone, arrested for criminal trespass. Bond: $500.
• 5:34 p.m. Saturday - Rachael Rene Deboard, 51, of 547 Clinic Court, #550, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 7:05 p.m. Saturday - Juan Carlos Reyes, 31, of 866 N. Zimmer Road, Warsaw, arrested for organized theft. Bond: $5,250.
• 7:05 p.m. Saturday - Lina Vanessa Castrillon, 25, of 866 N. Zimmer Road, Warsaw, arrested for organized theft. Bond: $5,250.
• 2:29 a.m. Sunday - Rafael Patricio Ceniceros, 42, of 111 Kinney Drive, Warsaw, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension, disorderly conduct, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, resisting law enforcement and refusal to submit to chemical test. Bond: $700.

• 8:50 a.m. Friday - An abandoned vehicle was reported in the 200 block of West Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 2:06 p.m. Friday - Merchandise was reported stolen in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.
• 4:15 a.m. Friday - A warrant was served in the 7900 block of East CR 500N, North Webster. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 1:05 p.m. Saturday - A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 1200 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.
• 1:33 p.m. Saturday - Criminal trespass was reported in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.
• 5:03 p.m. Saturday - A warrant was served in the 3300 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.
• 6:52 p.m. Saturday - Organized theft was reported in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.
• 1:21 a.m. Sunday - A traffic stop was initiated for a person operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated in the 2500 block of Silveus Crossing, Warsaw. WPD.
• 2:27 a.m. Sunday - A traffic stop was initiated for a person driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and disorderly conduct in the 500 block of West Prairie Street, Warsaw. WPD.
