• 1:19 p.m. Wednesday - Daven Paul Gasaway, 26, of 5774 N. 2nd St., Warsaw, arrested for resisting law enforcement and two charges of felony theft. Bond: $15,500.
• 3:57 p.m. Wednesday - Mary Jo Pamer, 43, of 15300 U.S. 6, Syracuse, arrested for theft with a prior conviction. Bond: $600.
• 6:21 p.m. Wednesday - Jose Manuel Donado Marroquin, 31, of 332 Rattington Circle, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $250.
• 9:21 p.m. Wednesday - James Brian Wallen, 30, of 324 N. Sherman St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of hypodermic syringe or needle, possession of methamphetamine and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $5,250.
• 10:34 p.m. Wednesday - Bradley E. Barnes, 38, of 8689 S. Valentine Road, Claypool, arrested for domestic battery with a deadly weapon. Bond: $11,000.
• 12:43 a.m. Thursday - Gary Ray Miller Jr., 44, of 133 W. CR 700S, Claypool, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish with a prior. Bond: $5,250.

• 2:55 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of CR 250S and Pequignot Drive, Pierceton. Pickup-van collision. Drivers: Randy S. Bowman, 63, North Ind. 13, Pierceton; Kayla A. Cameron, 32, East U.S. 30, Pierceton. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Pierceton Police Department investigated.
• 6:43 p.m. Wednesday - 219 S. Lake St., Warsaw. SUV hit parked vehicle registered to Marisol Camilo, Millersburg. Driver: Brenna L. Feldman, 24, North Columbia Street, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
• 4:41 a.m. Thursday - Intersection of Ind. 15 and West CR 300N, Warsaw. Car-pickup collision. Drivers: Cyndi E. Dominguez, 21, Goshen; Mathew A. Mikel, 58, South Circle Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

Strong Second Half Puts South Side Over Tippy Valley
Unable to pick up a win in its season-opening game over Mishawaka a week ago, the Tippecanoe Valley boys basketball team got back to work at Rita Price-Simpson Court on Tuesday night hosting Fort Wayne South Side. A game that was a grueling defensive battle for the first 16 minutes opened up into an offensive showcase in the second, with South Side earning a 64-55 victory on the road.
